Solo traveler. I had a great time! All of the staff, hosts, facilitators were beyond excellent. Clearly dedicated to making this a wonderful experience. I had a great time and would recommend this activity. Enjoy the desert!

The 3-day, 2-night Sahara Desert tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Morocco. The stunning desert scenery, camel ride at sunset, and overnight stay in a desert camp were unforgettable. The sunrise off-road drive across the dunes was particularly thrilling and a memorable part of the experience. The tour was well organized, the guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the accommodations were comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent opportunity to experience the unique culture, hospitality, and natural beauty of Morocco.

Fue una muy buena experiencia, aunque con varias cosas para mejorar. Tuvimos muy mala hoteleria en ambas paradas, tanto en el Valle del Dades como en el desierto. El hotel de Dades de los peores que estuve, pesimo para descansar, pesima comida y horrible el desayuno. En el desierto, si bien el complejo era muy lindo, nos dieron una habitacion que no tenia ventana, y era imposible ventilarla. Quisimos pagar el extra para el A/A y por mas que la habitacion contaba con equipo, no nos dejaron...en definitiva fueron 2 noches seguidas sin dormir. Encima nos hicieron levantar en el desierto a las 5:30 AM, sin mucho sentido, pudiendo haber sido perfectamente un poco mas tarde. PEsimo el guia en el Cañon que paramos, muy poco serio y poco profesional, una parada que podria haber durado 1 hora menos. Los lugares para comer en la ruta, medio que fueron obligados, nunca nos dieron opcion B, no me gusto esto tampoco. Lo mas rescatable el driver Mohamed y el lider del grupo Ilyas.

Mustapha was a fantastic host, and kept everyone together and on track. Ait ben Haddou and the gorge were phenomenal. The extra day in the desert was completely worthwhile - we had the camp almost to ourselves and had a great tour to a nomad camp with Mobark, as well as a visit to Lake Merzouga and an old mine. The luxury upgrade was phenomenal at the camp, and Yusef made truly amazing meals during our stay. It was extra special to be there during Eid al Adha, and appreciate folks sharing their day with us. Unforgettablee The one downside was our hotel in Dades, but the view there was great.

De 4 daagse woestijnsafari was erg bijzonder. Vooral de extra dag in de woestijn. Ruimte om rondgeleid te worden: naar de nomaden en hun tenten, naar muzikanten, de Gnaoua, die oorspronkelijk uit centraal Afrika komen en nu Marokannen zijn. Vooral de uitleg die we erbij ontvingen was erg leuk om te horen. Bijvoorbeeld over het jaarlijkse festival van de Gnaoua, dat 3 dagen duurt. Daarna ‘s avonds met de zonsondergang quad gereden door de woestijn. Dat was echt fantastisch om te doen! Als je 3 dagen woestijnreis doet, dan kom je aan in de woestijn, overnacht je en ga je de volgende dag weer weg. Dus ik adviseer de 4 daagse tour. Dat doen de meesten niet. Daarom hadden we de heenweg een andere gids dan de terugweg. De heenweg was Mustafa onze gids. Talent voor duidelijke communicatie op een erg prettige manier. Erg behulpzaam en goed en vaak met ons meedenken, bijvoorbeeld wanneer we het beste op de quad konden rijden. Jammer dat hij niet ook de terugweg onze gids was. Op de terugweg was de gids niet duidelijk hoe laat we weer verder gaan rijden. Daardoor hebben we meerdere keren heel lang zitten wachten op andere reizigers.
